We’re looking for a Business Development Rep to join our Sales Team!
The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy sales representative with strong business acumen to join our growing Sales team. As a BDR, you will generate new business working collaboratively across our sales team to set high-value meetings.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales, particularly in acquiring early and growth-stage companies as well as SME clients. This role requires a proactive hunter who can consistently generate high-quality sales leads and effectively qualify them.
Your Mission
Partner closely with our Head of Sales and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that drive pipeline and acquire new clients.
Utilise networking, cold calling, and lead-generation techniques to establish contact with key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by attending industry events, exhibitions and networking events.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients. Assist with negotiating contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Experience in driving sales pipeline and generating new business.
Background or interest in web3 and/or blockchain technology would be hugely beneficial.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Hubspot and other CRM / Sales systems.
Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and approaches.
