The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Lead to oversee and elevate our Quality Assurance function. This role will manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, primarily based in India, ensuring that our products meet and exceed the highest quality standards.

As a QA Lead, you’ll refine QA processes, establish best practices, and drive a culture of quality across all projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining delivery speed while ensuring our products remain robust, reliable, and user-focused.

Your Mission

• Lead and mentor a QA team, ensuring consistent performance and development.

• Oversee the QA lifecycle, from test planning to execution and reporting, for all projects.

• Develop and refine testing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Implement best practices for both manual and automated testing processes.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure smooth delivery.

• Drive the adoption of tools and frameworks to optimize QA workflows.

• Lead hiring efforts for the QA team, identifying and nurturing top talent.

What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?

• Proven experience in QA, with a strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience in leading or mentoring QA teams, even if informally—formal leadership experience is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with QA and API testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, LoadRunner, JIRA and BrowserStack
• Ability to work effectively across diverse, international teams and time zones.
• Experience implementing or working within CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in creating and managing QA dashboards or reporting metrics.
• Background in scaling QA teams and processes in a high-growth or agency environment.
• Certification in QA-related fields, such as ISTQB or Six Sigma, is a plus.
