Product Owner for a Web3 Solutions Provider

A leading web3 solutions provider is seeking an experienced Product Owner in the exciting world of crypto and web3.

The Opportunity

As the Product Owner, you'll oversee our development teams and manage the full delivery cycle of our Web3 products. Reporting to our Head of Product, you’ll collaborate closely with external clients and internal teams across development and sales, to ensure timely, high-quality releases. This role requires hands-on management of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and maintaining quality standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee development teams to manage workflows, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Coordinate directly with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality levels and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to align product features with overall company goals.
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize delivery processes.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within the Web3, blockchain, or tech industry.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.
• Experience working closely with development teams and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
