About The Grad Scheme

Joining our HQ in Shoreditch, you'll be part of a collaborative and enjoyable environment that guarantees the best graduate experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects involving web and mobile apps, blockchain, AI, and other modern technologies.

This is a 12-month program, with a February 2025 start date, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee here at Tech Alchemy. From the beginning, you'll be actively engaged, working with clients during the discovery phase to help conceptualise and shape products. These discoveries will then transition into ongoing development projects, where you'll collaborate directly with PMs, Designers, and Developers to create products that shape their respective industries.

You'll be provided with all the necessary tools, support, and resources to ensure you feel supported right from day one. The only expectation is that you come prepared to learn, every single day. This includes learning on the job and taking advantage of the training opportunities we offer.

The Following Criteria Is Important To Note:

• You are ready to start your new role in February 2025

• Minimum qualification 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

• Applicants must have UK permanent residency

• You must be free to attend an onsite interview first half of January 2025

While we are open to applicants with any degree, a more technical course in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Sciences, Maths, Product Management, or Engineering would be beneficial given the nature of our business. We seek candidates who have a well-rounded background, having successfully balanced university, work experience, and extracurricular activities. It is important to note that knowledge of web3 or blockchain is not required for success in this role, but the ability to work collaboratively and a passion for learning, with a drive to advance your own career, are essential.
