Job Title: Technical Lead

Location: Pune

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a group of talented developers, overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in the development process while providing technical guidance and leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Architect, design, and develop software solutions that align with the project goals, best practices, and industry standards.

• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and performance.

• Identify technical challenges and proactively propose solutions to address them.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, explore new technologies, and promote best practices to enhance the development process.

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of software products.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones, and effectively communicate progress and potential risks to the project stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the software development industry.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Lead or similar role, leading and mentoring development teams.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).

• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js and typescript.

• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.

• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.

• Solid experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Blockchain Technology

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Understanding of mobile application development (iOS/Android) and associated frameworks.
